Our annual capacity of hot dip galvanized steel products is 555,000 metric tons. The base coil which is previously pickled and cold rolled, is processed through the continous galvanizing line. Our technology and experience acquired since 1972, first and foremost in Korea, gives the product a smooth and uniform zinc coating, excellent durability and workability.

• Excellent workability
  Highly workable cold rolled steel sheet and strip are used as base metal for all galvanized sheets produced by our mill. The base metal in coil form is continously annealed, galvanized and tempered, and the galvanized sheet provides the same excellent workability as the base metal
• Excellent corrosion resistance
  • The anti-corrosion effect of galvanized sheet is gained from the zinc layer
  • This layer acts as a glavnic protector toward the base metal and zinc
  • Furthermore, all galvanized sheets are treated with chromic acid for protection against rust, so that they will maintain their original surface luster during transportion and storage
• Uniform quality
  Production is carried out under exact quality control strict quality inspection with a high common standard of production. As a result, product qulity, dimensions and other properties strictly conform to customer specifications
• Beautiful surface finish
  Provided with special treatment immediately after the galvanization, the products with minimized spangles ofter beautiful so face finishes. Galvanized steel with further improved weldability as well as paintability for spangled products are available
