Characteristics

• Superior workability
  Highly workable steel sheet and strip which are used as base metal for all electro-galvanized sheets are produced by our mill. Electro-Galvanized steel sheet offer workability comparable to that of the base metal. The lubricating properts of the zinc coating further enhances workability
• Excellent paint adhesion
  Electro-Galvanized steel sheets are free from spangles and pinholes. Surfaces are treated with phosphate or chromate to assure improved paint adhesion as well as a smooth and pleasant finish
• Rusproof
  To enhance the anti-corrosion property electro-Galvanized steel sheet are chemically treated or oiled to protect the zinc coating from white rust. Rust is positively retarded even when the base metal is exposed to the atmosphere during fabrication
• Weldability
  Spot or sem welding can be performed as with plain steel sheets
• Variety of products
  You can choose bothside, one side or differential coating, as well as chromatic, phosphatic of oiling treated product by application
